This year I switched things up a bit and went with a Mother’s Day brunch menu, instead of dinner. Earlier in the week I posted Fresh Blackberry and Lemon Yogurt Muffins, and an Asparagus, Tomato and Goat Cheese Quiche. Mom would love either of these salads (click on the titles under the pics above) as a side with your home made quiche and muffins.
