Ingredients

cup
Kerrygold unsalted butter
room temperature
1
teaspoon
chile powder
1/2
teaspoons
salt
1
clove
garlic
minced
2
teaspoons
fresh lime juice
fresh ground pepper
optional
Instructions
Place the butter in a large mixing bowl.
Mix with chile powder, salt, minced garlic, and lime juice.
Tun on mixer for about 2 minutes, scraping down sides of bowl when needed.
Store in refrigerator. Take out about 30 minutes before ready to serve.
