Tangy and fresh, Cranberry Orange Relish uses only 3 ingredients and takes minutes to prepare.
Ingredients

12-ounce bag
fresh or frozen cranberries
1
orange with a thin peel
1
cup
sugar
Instructions
Wash and drain cranberries. Add to food processor.
Wash and dry orange. Cut top and bottom from orange, then cut in 8 wedges. Cut wedges in half and add to food processor.
Add sugar to food processor.
Pulse until relish is smooth and no large pieces remain.
Refrigerate in an airtight container at least 1 hour before serving.

How to store:
Make this recipe ahead and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Freeze for 2-3 months in a freezer-safe container.
