Are orange peels edible?

Yes. Orange peels are actually packed with vitamin C, A and B, and have more fiber than the fruit. They are an antioxidant and prebiotic. Make sure to wash before using.

Will this relish taste bitter?

The orange peel adds a zesty, fresh flavor while the sugar helps cut the bitter flavor. We love the freshness and tart, sweet flavor of this relish.
