Is it possible to celebrate Easter without quiche? Not in our home. Even if we can’t have brunch and gather for Easter dinner, I still make ABK’s Basic Favorite Quiche!  This recipe is a starting point, you can add meats and veggies you love to make it your own.

Lemon Cream Cheese Tart with Coconut Cookie Crust. This dessert and Easter go hand in hand. So much fresh lemon flavor and that coconut crust is the perfect compliment with the lemon filling. Fresh raspberries on top make this dessert extra special.

Who makes the best Banana Cream Pie? You do! Better than Mom’s Banana Cream Pie will convince you of this. Nothing better than home made custard and fresh banana that don’t turn brown. You need this on your Easter menu!

If you bake a ham, don’t forget the Lion House Rolls. Nothing better than a hot roll with butter and jam. you can make these ahead and freeze after shaping, then pull out of the freezer about 3-4 hours before baking.
